REACH
The REACH Regulation (Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals) came into effect on June 2007. Without authorisation, substances cannot be manufactured in, or imported into the EU after 1st January 2011.
Since 2006, the ZincOx group has been preparing to ensure that it is 'REACH compliant' in all its activities.
ZincOx has pre-registered the following substances:

ZincOx is part of the Zinc REACH Consortium which is managed by the International Zinc Association and is actively collaborating with members to ensure that all requirements are met to complete registration before 1st December 2010.
