PETER WYNTER BEE, MANAGING DIRECTOR.

Peter Wynter Bee is a lawyer specialising in commercial and mining law. Following over twenty years practising law with a firm in central London, he joined KPMG as one of a small team dealing with their international litigation. In 1989 he helped set up Reunion Mining and served as a non-executive director until 1995. In 1996 he rejoined the company as legal counsel and company secretary, and managed the takeover of Reunion Mining by Anglo American.

In 1989 he helped set up ZincOx Resources BV, serving as legal counsel and Director. He became Managing Director in July 2008.
